For the past 3 weeks, MBBC have been working on happiness and health (Physical, Emotional and Mental Health)
We have been analysing all the things that make us happy and healthy and whether the two go together.
On Monday 11th June, we looked at all the different things that make us happy and why they do. We then completed a 7 day timetable. For each day we planned to complete at least one of the activities that make us happy and explain how it made us feel. As well as this, the group were given a task; they had to gain at least 40 points. To do this they would have to complete a number of activities that are designed to help us focus on all the positive things in our lives.
