Learning Activities and Adventures
The children learnt who their trusted adults are in their family and who the trusted adults are at school. They also know that some trusted adults have jobs that keep us safe such as Police, Fire brigade, Doctors and Nurses.
Skills & Learning Highlights
The children collaborated with the Police and Fire brigade to help tidy up Spring Forest.
Reflections / What We Noticed
The children who were dressed as Police and Fireman did a safety check around Spring Forest. They did not allow anyone to enter until the area was safe.
Nature Connection / Observations
The children knew that they had to be careful and not to run in Spring Forest as the floor was slippery and wet.
