Springfield Librarians
The Librarians have been busy this half term making the library an exciting place to be.
We have held regular play time clubs where we encourage pupils to read, and where we also read stories aloud as a group.
Keeping on top of the organisation of the library is a big job, where we make sure all the books are in the correct order, with the spines facing outwards making it is easy for everybody to see the book they are choosing.
Upcoming events this half term!
The librarians have decided to increase community involvement this half term and hold some exciting events including:
- Reading outdoors with the Gruffalos
- Inviting parents in
- Reading Rocks in partnership with other schools
