Queens Street Mill History Trip

Mrs Brown organised an extra-curricular trip to Queen Street Mill for the more able pupils in Key Stage Two. Pupils loved learning about the running of the mill, how they powered the looms and also learning a dance, showing the life of a mill worker. They then held a performance, with the help from some professional dancers, to parents and pupils from other schools.
